Satoshi Nagaura
TECC Consultant, Labor and social security attorney

He has extensive experience in counseling domestic companies, foreign corporations and foreign-affiliated companies in Japan on employment and labor issues, and has been active as a consultant for TECC for many years. He is also a long-time consultant for TECC. He provides bilingual consultation on labor and social insurance issues.

東京圏雇用労働相談センター相談員/弁護士　佐藤　省吾氏

中小企業の企業法務、顧問弁護士として使用者側の労務トラブルの相談、解決、予防にも携わりながらも弁護士会等の公設相談にて労働者側の法律相談を担当しており、労使双方の立場から労務事件に取り組む。労務分野では企業における安全配慮義務を巡る問題、パワハラ・セクハラ等のハラスメント対策等の労務コンプライアンスに関する講義講演、企業研修を全国各地で行っている。

東京圏雇用労働相談センター相談員/弁護士　周藤　智　氏

ロースクールを修了し、都内の法律事務所 に平成29年10月まで勤務し、同年11月に 独立。自身の法律事務所の経営に携わっており、労務管理や経営管理については、 経営者として、その重要性を認識。 東京圏雇用労働相談センターの相談員と して、立ち上げ直後から参画。

Firstly, we will talk about the difference between skills-based hiring and the traditional Japanese way of hiring. Next, we will explain basic knowledge of dismissal in Japan and then how to consider dismissal of an employee hired by skills-based.

Tatsuro Fujita had several years of experience working on a patent firm and specializes in intellectual property law (including legal issues about information technology). On the other hand, so far, he also has had much experiences of dealing with legal issues about labor management both employers and employees.
