CONTENTS

This seminar is intended for foreign entrepreneurs and HR managers of global companies who are looking to expand their business in Japan, when they hire people in Japan for the first time, or when they form a business alliance with a Japanese company and establish a company organization. It covers basic knowledge of employment, labor management, social insurance system, etc., including specific case studies on labor relations issues and human resource issues that are expected to arise in the future.

●Preliminary knowledge you need to know when hiring someone (understanding of Japanese? management style,work environment, diversified employment patterns, and cultural customs)

講師:遠藤 千尋 

東京圏雇用労働相談センター相談員/弁護士
教育学修士取得後、弁護士資格を得て、都内の法律事務所勤務。3年弱のITスタートアップ勤務と外部企業の顧問弁護士業を兼務し、法務のみならずISMSなどの情報セキュリティ業務にも従事。主に、IT業界を始めとしたスタートアップ企業や中小企業の法務業務(人事や情報セキュリティなどの隣接領域含む)を得意とし、外部「法務部」として企業目線でのアドバイスを行なっている。
