新年度が始まる４月、新入社員の迎え入れや、組織の構築、人事異動、労働保険・社会保険の手続きなど、人事労務担当者の方にとってはとても煩雑な時期となります。しかし、それらの業務はとても複雑かつ多岐にわたり、とくに新たに人事労務担当者になった方には、円滑に業務を進めるために習得しなければならない知識も多くあります。

Kento Tanei is a Senior Associate of the Employment & Compensation group at Baker McKenzie’s Tokyo office.Kento handles the full range of labor/employment law matters for domestic and international companies, including general labor disputes, harassment allegations and drafting of terms and conditions of employment. Kento was seconded to the Japanese government Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (MHLW) from April 2021 to March 2023 as a professional in labor-related laws.
