▼CONTENTS
We will be holding a two-part seminar series in May and July titled “Introduction to Japanese Labor Law for International Companies.”
The first session will cover the basics of the Labor Standards Act and explain key points that business owners need to understand. By learning the fundamentals of working hour management, wage payments, and leave systems—areas that are particularly prone to labor disputes—we hope to help you prevent excessive working hours and aim for business operations that enhance productivity.
